2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement

ValidateFast is available to individuals and businesses worldwide.

3. Description of the Service

ValidateFast provides tools that allow users to:

• Create validation pages for SaaS or product ideas
• Collect and analyze metrics (e.g. interest, engagement, feedback)
• Manage these pages and metrics through a dashboard

The Service helps users validate ideas, but does not guarantee business success or outcomes.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You are solely responsible for the content, configuration, and quality of your validation pages.

5. User Responsibility & Content

Users have full control over:

• The content displayed on their validation pages
• The messaging, wording, and positioning of their idea
• Updates and customization, especially under paid plans

ValidateFast is not responsible for:

• The quality, legality, or accuracy of user-created content
• The interpretation of metrics or decisions made based on them
• Business, financial, or strategic outcomes resulting from the use of the Service

6. Plans, Payments & Subscriptions

ValidateFast offers:

• A free plan
• A paid monthly subscription plan
• A paid lifetime deal (one-time payment)

Prices and features are described on the website and may evolve over time.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. The lifetime deal is a one-time payment granting permanent access to Pro features.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only in case of proven technical issues that prevent the normal use of the Service.

Refunds are not granted for:

• Lack of results or validation success
• Misuse or misunderstanding of the product
• Change of mind after usage

Refund requests must be sent to contact@validatefast.co with a clear explanation.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Scrape, copy, or resell any part of the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code
• Use ValidateFast for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent purposes

9. Suspension & Termination

ValidateFast reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts in case of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms

Whenever possible, users will be informed before termination, unless the violation is severe or urgent.

10. Availability & Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

ValidateFast may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ValidateFast shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes loss of revenue, business opportunities, data, or reputation

You use ValidateFast at your own risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights related to:

• The ValidateFast platform
• Branding, design, and software

remain the exclusive property of ValidateFast.

Users retain ownership of the content they create.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
